BOOK RUSLAN

Thank you for considering me as a speaker for your event. It’s an honor, and I take the opportunity to contribute to meaningful moments seriously. I prepare thoroughly to ensure the content I deliver is impactful and relevant.

My core topics include identity, overcoming trauma, godly ambition, men’s ministry, engaging culture through media, and growing a YouTube platform. I’m also open to exploring related themes that align with your event’s goals.

PRICING:

In addition to travel expenses, my speaking fees are as follows:

  • Weekday: $5,000 – This covers one in-person talk with a one-night stay. Additional nights or talks are $1,000 each.

  • Weekend: $6,000 – This includes up to two talks with one night of travel. Extra nights or talks are $1,000 each.

PLEASE NOTE: These prices are flexible depending on my schedule and location. I understand these costs might be high for some nonprofits and churches, so I want to provide some context.

I manage a media business with three full-time employees, two part-time employees, and three contractors. Alongside this, I’m a husband, father, and active church member. I enjoy being home, maintaining my regular routine, and keeping up with my podcast's upload schedule. Speaking engagements require me to step away from these responsibilities, so I carefully select opportunities. When I commit, I’m fully engaged and focused on delivering a valuable experience.

Below is a form to capture as much information about your event as possible so we can prayerfully consider whether we can commit.

LOGISTICS:

I’m based in San Diego and usually fly Delta Comfort+ for cross-country trips or Southwest for shorter flights. We try to avoid red-eye flights when possible. While I typically handle my own flight bookings to keep everything organized, I’m flexible if your team prefers to book the hotel. I often travel with an assistant or a videographer, so please consider accommodations and travel expenses for both of us.

We prefer travel expenses to be covered upfront or included as part of the deposit. Expenses can be reimbursed after the event, with a W9 provided upon request, or factored into an all-inclusive package if that’s easier for you.

If time permits, I’d love to share a meal or join in on a team activity, but I’m also perfectly fine with grabbing something simple like Chipotle and exploring on my own if you’re busy.

PRESENTATION FORMAT:

I like to have at least thirty minutes for my presentation, but I’m flexible depending on your needs. I can deliver a deep-dive keynote of up to an hour, and my sweet spot is usually a mix of presentation and Q&A. I’m also open to leading workshop-style sessions if that’s what your event requires.

RECORDING:

I’m okay with live streaming the event to other locations or recording it for internal use with a private link. However, unless we agree otherwise, I’d prefer that the program not be recorded for public distribution. If you do record the event, I’d appreciate a copy. We can discuss the possibility of public sharing afterward, depending on what works best. This helps ensure that the Q&A sessions remain open and respectful, maintaining a safe space for everyone.

BIO & HEADSHOT:
